While people are free to choose their own views, some believe that the perfect food is one that provides an abundance of nutrients and minerals needed by the human body. A good example of this was seen with Abraham Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs, which displays four basic needs in order to live healthy – physiological needs, safety needs, social needs, and self-esteem need.
